LifeTrail™ is a series of outdoor Wellness Stations designed specifically to meet the needs of the active older adult.
Comprised of a series of ten outdoor Wellness Stations™ configured along a walking path, LifeTrail™ combines the benefits of walking with a variety of
physical fitness activities.
Combining running and individual exercises, the all-steel WorldTrail conditioning course provides a comprehensive fitness program for beginners and advanced users alike. Total of 28 pieces, including: Stations 1-9 and 11 (with signs); plus Introduction Sign, Warm-Up Sign, Cool-Down Sign, Completion Sign, Heart Check Instruction Sign, 11 Directional Arrow Signs, and 2 Heart Check Signs.
